面粉/Flour 200g
黄油/butter 200g
糖/Sugar 40g
1小撮盐/A pinch of salt

奶油/Cream 200ml

1. 将烤箱预热到180℃。
Preheatthe oven to 180°C.
2. 准备面团 : 将面粉、糖和盐混合。加入切成小块的黄油和鸡蛋,搅拌。
Prepare the dough by mixing the flour, sugar and salt. Add the butter cut into pieces and the egg and mix.
3. 将面团揉成一个光滑的球。
Knead the dough into a smooth ball.
4. 将面团擀开,放入铺有黄油或铺有烤箱纸的烤盘中。
Roll out the dough and place it in a pie tin covered in butter or lined with parchment paper.
5. 烘烤15分钟。
Bake for 15 minutes.

In the meantime, heat the cream and once it is warm, pour it over the broken chocolate to melt it.
