3月16日，市委副书记、市长陈必昌带领有关部门负责同志和疫情防控专家，以“四不两直”方式到河口区督导检查疫情防控和经济运行工作。他强调，要统筹抓好疫情防控和经济社会发展，落实防控措施、完善防控机制，全力保障经济平稳健康运行。
农村、社区是疫情联防联控的第一线。陈必昌先后来到六合街道安家村、锦绣家园小区，仔细询问疫情防控措施落实和全员核酸检测情况。他强调，要充分发挥基层党组织政治引领和村（社区）网格化管理作用，进一步加强工作力量，严格规范管理，提高核酸检测能力，切实织牢织密疫情防控网。在中车永济电机公司、山东海螺型材公司、汇海医药公司、东营华联石化公司，陈必昌详细了解企业疫情防控和生产经营情况，叮嘱企业负责人认真落实主体责任，全面落实“外防输入”各项措施，有力有序抓好生产经营和安全生产工作，做到疫情防控和企业生产两不误。陈必昌还来到蓝泰商务宾馆集中隔离医学观察点了解有关情况，强调要规范制度流程，严格闭环管理，确保集中隔离点安全有序运行。
陈必昌要求，各县区和相关行业主管部门要充分认识当前严峻形势，各负其责、密切配合，从严从紧落实各项防控措施，抓紧抓好应急准备，积极主动为企业纾困解难，切实保障产业链供应链稳定，努力为企业发展营造良好环境，确保一季度“开门稳”“开门好”。（记者：文/周乃东 图/田雨）

At CRRC Yongji Electric Co., Ltd., Shandong Conch Profile Co., Ltd., Shandong Huihai Pharmaceutical & Chemical Co., Ltd. and Dongying Hualian Petrochemical Co., Ltd., Chen Bichang had a detailed understanding of the pandemic prevention and control and production and operation of the enterprises, and urged the responsible persons of the enterprises to earnestly perform the primary responsibility, fully implement all measures for “preventing imported cases”, carry out production and operation and work concerning work safety in an orderly and effective manner, and give equal emphasis to pandemic prevention and control and production and operation. At the centralized medical isolation site of Lantai Business Hotel, Chen Bichang stress to standardize the system process and strictly implement closed-loop management to ensure safe and orderly operation.
Chen Bichang said that various counties and districts and relevant competent administrative departments should fully recognize the current rigorous situation facing to the pandemic prevention and control work, make concerted efforts and maintain close coordination to strictly implement the pandemic prevention and control measures, strengthen emergency preparedness, take the initiative to provide enterprises with the needed services and help enterprises solve practical difficulties and problems, effectively safeguard the stability and security of industrial and supply chains, and strive to create a favorable environment for the development of enterprises, with the aim of getting off to a good start in the first quarter.
