"Mummy, mummy, hop to it," you got the jitters, bolted into the kitchen and called out just a few minutes into a cartoon. Knowing each episode of the cartoons like the back of your hand, you turned to mummy for help even before the hairy-scary scenes were out - you were aware the writing was on the wall. But intriguingly you didn't let mummy fast-forward through those scenes, as she suggested, but instead cuddled up to her or even fell back behind her, casting furtive glances at those scenes.
你看动画片儿，刚演了一小会儿，你就紧张了，冲进厨房大声说，“妈妈，妈妈，快来。” 每一集动画片儿你都已经熟悉得不能再熟悉了，那些令你感到恐怖的画面还没出来，你就找妈妈去了，因为你知道那些画面这就要到了。可很有意思，妈妈说快进略过那些画面，你还不让，而是躲到她怀里甚至退到她身后藏起来继续偷看那些画面。
